Accounting Committee
The accounting committee maintains the system by which books and money are kept track of.This committee keeps the Foundation updated on the general expenses and money brought in, and keeps the accounting system working and adjusts procedures as necessary.

Book Store Committee
The book store committee tracks what books have been sold and puts together orders, manages store library, and orders magazines, newspapers and other periodicals. The book store committee also tracks, and maintains inventory of art and misc merchandise.

Café Committee
This committee is responsible for all aspects of the café – coffee, tea, milk, food, and condiments related to those and for baking treats on a regular basis. Café Committee also takes daily cash from end of the day deposits and puts them in the bank.

Community Events Committee
The community events committee handles the calendar of meetings and plans events for the store. This committee is also the committee in charge of dealing with the media.

Fundraising Committee
This committee raises money for the store through means other than selling books and Foundation approved merchandise. Benefit shows, dinner benefits, donations from the outside world and grants are all activities that this committee will be involved in.

IT Committee
This committee is responsible for maintenance of computer systems including the website, Facebook, twitter and incoming emails.

Art & Consignment Committee
This committee is responsible for working with local artists and authors and the display and sale of their works in the store.
